Job Description
ITCS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Microsoft EDR/XDR Deployment and Support Specialist. In this full-time position, you will deploy and support Microsoft’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions at customer sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Deploy and configure EDR/XDR solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze security events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Train the customer’s IT staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft security technologies.
