Job Description
The iTecknologi Group of Companies is looking for a motivated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our dynamic team. As a CRO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional assistance through phone and email communication. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
We require candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, complemented by a minimum of six months of customer service experience. Strong communication skills are essential. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs37,00.00 per month, along with attractive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
