Job Description
J7 Emporium is seeking a dedicated Document Controller / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying subcontractor invoices, organizing project documentation, and assisting the Quantity Surveyor with daily operations. Effective coordination with both internal teams and external vendors is crucial for success in this position.
Key Skills Required: Expertise in AutoCAD and MS Office, outstanding organizational abilities, and strong multitasking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities are essential for collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, along with 4-5 years of experience in real estate construction, is preferred.
