Experience Required: 1-2 years in desktop support
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Level 1 IT support to end-users
Essential Skills:
– 1-2 years of experience in desktop support
– Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues with desktop and laptop hardware and software
– Experience in installing and troubleshooting printers and scanning devices
– Competent in software installation and troubleshooting
– Basic networking knowledge, including cable coding, network connectivity troubleshooting, and IP addressing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
