Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support and assistance to customers, primarily located in Europe and the Middle East, through phone, email, and remote sessions.
The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to email and document management solutions. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services. Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems is also required.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
