Job Description
Jawa Health Care is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Call Services Agent to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, assist with service-related issues, and provide exceptional support to boost customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
- Resolve customer issues while upholding our high service standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00/month
Work Location: On-site | Office Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday
