Job Description
Job Bank Recruitment Network is looking for a talented Recruitment Associate to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in cold calling, list building, and networking on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates on LinkedIn.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments.
- Manage and maintain talent pipelines.
- Engage in cold calling to attract potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
