Job Description

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on recruitment.
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of the complete recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews effectively.
- Oversee the hiring process from onboarding to placement.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess hiring needs.
