Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a prominent manufacturer and retailer committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Chat Executive to join our dynamic team. With a diverse portfolio of over 16 brands offering innovative and organic products, we are focused on enhancing our customer experience.
The ideal candidate will manage daily inquiries from both staff and customers, showcasing excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word and Excel, along with prior experience in customer service.
This is a night shift role from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, and we provide a full-time, 24-month contract with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
