Company Overview: TecNex Solutions is a BPO/Call Center that operates US-based campaigns, located at Office #01, Ground Floor, Rani Arcade, Chandi Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter with experience in the call center environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and collaborating closely with the CEO.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in call center recruitment
- This is an on-site position with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Proven ability to conduct mass hiring efficiently
- Strong connections within the industry
Compensation: Rs 40,00.00 per month
