Job Description
AffinityVibez, a leading business management consultancy in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. This full-time role is essential for optimizing our HR operations, supporting recruitment initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities include assisting HR managers with daily operational tasks, devising strategies to enhance employee performance, addressing employee concerns in a professional manner, and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong task delegation abilities, conflict resolution expertise, and proficiency in English. Familiarity with HR Management software, such as SAP, is preferred.
