Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and promoting our range of services. A strong command of communication skills and a positive outlook are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Promote and explain our services to clients.
- Maintain precise records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Preferred prior experience, though not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Availability for night shifts in Faisal Town, Lahore.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
