Job Description
Trillium Information Security Systems is seeking a dedicated Calling Representative. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, interacting professionally with clients and customers while addressing their inquiries effectively.
Key responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate call logs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing basic information regarding our services and products. A courteous and professional demeanor is crucial in all communications.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, and can range from fresh graduates to individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing. This full-time on-site position offers a competitive salary of Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
