Job Description
Milele is searching for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to enhance our finance team’s capabilities in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. In this pivotal role, you will manage accounts payable (AP), execute reconciliations, and maintain financial documentation to ensure the seamless operation of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Initiate payments to both local and international suppliers.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, BBA, CA Inter, or B. Com. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
