Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting UK customs entries, ensuring compliance with regulations, classifying goods, managing duties, and delivering exceptional customer support.
The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing, have a minimum of one year of experience in customs brokerage or logistics, and possess strong proficiency in customs software along with excellent communication skills.
