Job Description
Traxxis Marketing is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Female Customer Support Executive. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and sales abilities, along with a solid grasp of Digital Media Marketing. You will be responsible for efficiently addressing customer inquiries while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Promote and sell the company’s services and products.
- Offer guidance on Digital Media Marketing solutions.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
