Job Description

Join our dynamic team at The Visamtion Private Limited as a Customer Support Specialist! In this role, you will engage with customers through Chat, Email, and Social Media, providing them with accurate information and assistance. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to address and resolve customer needs and concerns effectively.

Location: PIA Road Lahore

Evening Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM (6 days a week)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with O Level/A Level qualifications.
