Job Description
Globe Call Centre is currently looking for skilled Cab Dispatchers with at least one year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in efficiently coordinating and dispatching cabs to designated locations while ensuring timely service through proactive monitoring of driver schedules. Excellent communication is key, as you’ll be responsible for relaying information to both drivers and customers regarding any changes. Accurate record-keeping and strict adherence to company policies and regulations are essential. Additionally, you will professionally address customer inquiries and complaints as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cab dispatcher or in a similar position.
- Proficient in GPS and dispatch software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
