Job Description
Job Summary: Link HR Consultants is in search of a dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulations, manage staff effectively, and optimize workflow to promote efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy operations and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage staff performance and conduct training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee inventory management and collaborate with suppliers.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure the accuracy of prescriptions.
Requirements: Applicants must possess strong pharmacy knowledge and excellent communication skills.
