Job Description
Imtiaz Super Market is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and craft engaging job descriptions. Your key responsibilities will include posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through diverse platforms, and screening resumes to identify top talent. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate databases, and strive to ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
Moreover, you will play a vital role in organizing job fairs and recruitment events while also preparing recruitment-related reports. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month. Employment is in-person at our office.
