Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Feedback Supervisor to join our call center team in Defence Phase 5, Karachi. The selected candidate will review customer interactions, collect valuable feedback, address complaints, and maintain precise records in Excel. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate service quality by listening to recorded customer calls.
- Collect customer feedback regarding their experiences.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Keep detailed records of feedback and complaints using Excel.
- Work collaboratively with teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
