Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is currently seeking a committed and dynamic Shift Manager to lead our production floor operations. The primary responsibilities include planning and managing daily operations to achieve volume and quality targets, supervising staff efficiently, and monitoring material consumption to minimize waste.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences, along with 1-2 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production environment. Familiarity with supply chain operations, particularly in planning and SAP systems, is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs110,00.00 per month
