Job Description
FulfillKaro is seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to become an integral part of our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential eCommerce sellers and successfully convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to educate prospects about our services.
- Follow up with leads to close sales.
- Monitor call metrics and conversion rates.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience, preferably in logistics or eCommerce.
- Exceptional communication skills; fluency in Urdu is mandatory.
