Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an international customer service role in Karachi, located on Main Shah Re Faisal. If you possess exceptional verbal communication skills in English and have a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers, we encourage you to apply!
This full-time, on-site position requires you to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders via phone, email, and chat channels.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM software. Availability for evening and night shifts is mandatory.
Competitive salary ranges from Rs80,00 to Rs100,00 per month.
