Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently seeking Project Officers – HR (Males Only) to enhance our HR department. This position is primarily focused on employee data management and the digitization of records, making it an excellent fit for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a comprehensive employee records initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and maintain employee personnel files.
- Organize and categorize physical documents within the records room.
- Assist with e-data cleansing and upload data into ERP systems.
- Support document indexing and digital archiving efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree with final transcript.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance and behavior are required.
- Must be comfortable working in both office and records room environments.
