Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to oversee the complete recruitment process and ensure an efficient onboarding experience for new employees. Key responsibilities include conducting orientation sessions, maintaining precise employee records, and aiding in the formulation of HR policies. Furthermore, you will manage daily HR administrative functions and foster a positive work environment. This role also involves overseeing in-house health insurance and implementing travel policies to achieve cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will hold a BBA (Hons) with a specialization in HR and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
