Waada Digital Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Call Center Agent. As the primary point of contact, you will assist customers by handling inquiries and providing support for our insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls.
- Deliver accurate information regarding insurance products.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Personal laptop & headset
- Valid CNIC
- Intermediate or graduate qualification (students are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English
Salary: Starting at 31,500 PKR, with commission opportunities up to 80,00 PKR.
