Job Description

Optimum HR is on the lookout for a skilled Assistant Manager Finance to enhance our financial operations for engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Manage cash flow and maintain internal controls.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month
