Job Description
Trans Global Services is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to become a vital member of our team. In this position, you will assist with key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your contributions will be instrumental in cultivating a positive workplace culture and empowering our employees to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Provide support in benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
- Assist with performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and compliance with legal standards.
Location: Barkat Market, Lahore
Salary: Rs70,00 per month
