Job Description

Kataria Associates is actively seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin Officer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination among various departments while fostering a professional office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with HR and Customer Care teams.
  • Maintain accurate duty rosters and asset records.
  • Manage the availability of office supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards in the kitchen.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional organizational skills are mandatory.
