Job Description
Location: Johar Town, Lahore & Gulberg 3, Lahore
Global Nexus Solutions is looking for a driven Customer Service Representative to join our inbound sales team, focusing on the USA market. This full-time role requires complete fluency in English and familiarity with telecommunications services such as Xfinity and Dish-TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Understand client needs to effectively qualify leads.
- Present our Mobile Selling services in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the international telecom sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions.
Salary: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
