We are looking for dedicated candidates with prior inbound customer service experience, especially those familiar with US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
- Addressing customer complaints and managing daily operations.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Adjusting to flexible work schedules as required.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00, along with performance bonuses, medical insurance, and paid leave.
