Job Description
Lisam Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to enhance our vibrant team based in Shahra e Faisal, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the quality of inbound calls and agent performance.
- Offer constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to telecom regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in inbound or outbound call center campaigns.
- Prior experience in a telecom campaign is preferred.
Job Details: Full-time position; hours are 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from Rs50,00 to Rs70,00 per month.
