Job Description
We are actively seeking a committed HR Manager to spearhead our HR, Admin, and Operations department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and a strong focus on achieving results.
Job Timings: Part-time from 6 PM to 12 AM and Full-time from 7 PM to 4 AM (evening and night shifts).
Compensation: Salary ranges between Rs 45,00 to Rs 65,00, in addition to performance-based incentives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and maintaining employee records.
