Job Description
DevStudio Agency is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Day Shift (Female Only) located on Defence Road, Rawalpindi. This position offers an opportunity to enhance our customer service team.
Compensation: Salary between 25,00 PKR and 50,00 PKR, plus commission based on targets achieved.
Key Duties: Responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appointments, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to facilitate seamless transitions.
Qualifications: Must possess strong English communication skills, a positive demeanor, and basic computer literacy.
