Job Description

BLS SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to facilitate the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on policies, oversee recruitment processes, design effective onboarding programs, and create comprehensive training initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in performance management and address disciplinary matters while ensuring adherence to legal standards.

Key qualifications include expertise in talent management and recruitment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, requiring at least one year of experience in a software company.
