Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is actively searching for a Technical Project Manager who will guide projects from initial conceptualization to final implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding managerial and client-relations capabilities, with a proven track record of inspiring, developing, and overseeing cross-regional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in the software industry, including at least 4 years working with .Net or LLMs.
- A minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a product development environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project monitoring, staffing plans, and client communications.
