Job Description
Muller and Phipps Pakistan is actively seeking a driven and dynamic Field Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical sales team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of sales staff, setting ambitious sales targets, and developing innovative strategies aimed at driving growth. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, preparing detailed reports for management, and analyzing market trends to capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications: A BBA, BS, MS, or MBA in Marketing, along with 3-4 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. The candidate should also possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
We are pleased to offer competitive compensation, including an annual bonus and medical coverage, with a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00.
