Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Representative to join The Skin Xperts team, specializing in order booking. In this role, you will be responsible for providing introductory information to new customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and following up to maintain ongoing satisfaction. You will also promote additional products, address customer inquiries efficiently, and collaborate with your team to resolve common issues.
Required Skills: Successful candidates should possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Location: Near Continental Bakery, Gulistan e Jauhar Block 15
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month plus commission.
