Job Description
Hiring Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated and seasoned Customer Success Lead to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer success, client relations, or project management within the construction or consultancy industry.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, effective team management skills, and a solid understanding of construction consultancy services. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs220,00.00 per month
