Job Description
Dream Developers is actively looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Head with at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and effectively guide a sales and marketing team.
Your role will involve meeting monthly and yearly sales targets, formulating sales strategies, managing channel partners and client relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.
This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00. Candidates must be willing to travel locally and possess their own vehicle.
