Job Description
Times Consultant (Pvt) Ltd., established in 2004, is recognized as Pakistan’s foremost foreign education consultancy, representing over 500 global universities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychologist to enhance the wellbeing of our staff.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Provide individual counseling services.
- Conduct psychological assessments.
- Collaborate with HR to plan wellness activities.
- Address and resolve workplace issues.
- Lead engaging workshops.
- Offer insights for performance improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology; relevant experience is preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct assessments effectively.
