Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is currently looking for a polished, professional, and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and provide essential administrative support. Ideal candidates will be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls and maintain call logs.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Maintain visitor records and documentation.
- Handle mail distribution.
- Operate the biometric attendance system.
- Perform additional duties as required.
