Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is actively looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, providing weekends off. The monthly salary ranges between Rs50,00 and Rs80,00, plus commission, based on experience.
Requirements: Ideal candidates should have previous experience with Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns. Exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
Responsibilities: This role involves managing inbound calls, addressing billing inquiries, troubleshooting technical challenges, and providing customers with information about our products and services.
