Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Executive to join our HR Department at our Head Office in Karachi, located in DHA Phase 8.
Position: Senior Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA from an accredited institution
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment
Salary: Rs 60,00 – Rs 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job descriptions for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct prescreening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding new hires.
- Possess technical knowledge to accurately interpret job requirements for technical positions.
