Job Description
Job Objectives: Our primary goal is to attain 100% customer satisfaction while adhering to operational standards and supporting Restaurant Management in achieving store objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction across Dine-in, Take-away, and Delivery services.
- Consistently demonstrate and uphold high hospitality standards.
- Receive and organize food and paper stock according to established SOPs.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as laid out in the SOPs.
- Strictly adhere to food safety standards at all times.
- Collect and manage feedback from every customer.
- Maintain uniform compliance with operational SOPs.
- Ensure all operational standards are upheld consistently.

Pay: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
