Job Description
Nuemultiplex Cinema, situated in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, is in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support store initiatives to boost customer engagement and drive profitability.
- Assist in training and motivating staff to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
- Help oversee store administration and ensure compliance with policies.
- Effectively resolve issues encountered by staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred 3 years of relevant experience.
