Job Description
Abbott Laboratories is seeking a committed Assistant Manager Production for our Landhi Plant in Karachi. This role involves providing essential support to the Manager in supervising manufacturing and dispensing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory standards while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for executing manufacturing and dispensing tasks according to standard operating procedures (S.O.P.), meeting operational deadlines, identifying process improvements, assisting with KPI measurement, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Additionally, you will help cultivate a positive working atmosphere.
Qualifications: A degree in Science or a Master’s (preferably Pharm D), along with 3-4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office, is required.
