Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Patient Billing Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to patients regarding billing queries, insurance claims, payment plans, and account balances. This role necessitates resolving patient concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address patient inquiries related to billing.
- Clarify charges, payments, and account balances.
- Assist in establishing payment plans.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues effectively.
- Accurately document patient interactions.
