Job Description
One of our client Pakistan’s No.1 mobile wallet, payments & branchless banking services seek to appoint experienced professional on contractual position
The MIS Coordinator plays a vital role in our department & can significantly contribute to streamlining operations.
Key responsibilities of MIS Coordinator include
o Maintaining records of QR codes received in each region and same distribute to each TL accordingly.
o Managing staff induction files for new hires and exits, ensuring proper documentation.
o Overseeing sound box data in each region, tracking daily active/inactive status.
o Maintaining accessories for current and new staff, including visiting cards & employee cards.
o Monitoring Google forms daily to ensure seamless onboarding, resolving discrepancies, & optimizing onboarding numbers.
o Maintaining records of BVS devices, which are bank assets.
o Support in calling department according to the work burden.
o May require experience with database management systems and generating analytical reports.
o Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: Rs99,99.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
